In late 2023, we had the opportunity to spend a over a year assisting Thermal Windows with their digital approach. The brand has a legacy of supporting customers with some of the finest products you can get both residentially and commercially. Our primary efforts involved updating the logo to assist with their incorporation change in 2024, but primarily on the website, moving from a dated but effective list of products, to a simply feeling online catalog that wasn't so simple it lacked quality, but not so modern that it confused some of their audience types.
Scope of Work
We provided a discovery with clear data around each marketing move the brand could take while considering which would yield the highest ROI. We additionally audited their creative position and what would be needed to modernize the brand without losing the legacy customers had come to know.

We assisted with transitioning their budget from primarily using local outlets, to considering the ROAS on Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels.

We assisted in the V1 update of their site, currently visible, and are continuously working on an even more enhanced site with features to assist customers with their experience when considering Thermal Windows.
